HRT Question
I guess I have the same questions re the
Utrogestan
. Do I need more and how do I know how much I’ll need? Will the HRT help me with hair loss/hair getting kinda dry and frizzy?

hot flushes
I now take
Utrogestan
, which a locum gp recommended a couple of years ago. I supplement it with wellsprings progesterone cream in the summer, but now I’m using it in the winter.

Addback HRT or Antidepressants?
I'm on addback HRT of estrogen gel 2 pumps per day and body identical
utrogestan
progesterone- one per day. Mentally I'm pretty good. I've not had any side effects yet and believe thus is due to the HRT and perhaps the fact that it hasn't totally started working yet.

Zoladex experience
I'm also on Estradot patches and
utrogestan
tablets. I've never felt so shit in all my life and the only thing I can pin it on is the zoladex maybe, I was on Decapeptyl before and also had headaches and chest pains with that.

Results of MRI
I'm to start zoladex on 29th December with addback HRT of
utrogestan
(I don't want to stay on the synthetic progeston) and estrogen gel. A continuous regime. Initially he wants me on this for a year and then they can review.

Perimenopause with Endometriosis
However I have now hit perimenopause stage I’m 42, and have been put on continuous
utrogestan
and estrogel one pump. This seems to have helped with some symptoms but really aggravated my endo.

13dp3dt positive test but started bleeding
On a side note the
Utrogestan
pessaries have me terrible thrush and I have having a nightmare with weeing so I switched to cyclogest in my behind and it's eased, but I was wondering if this has impacted it or maybe I'm not absorbing enough progesterone that way?!

newbie - help please
I am 49 and on HRT (evorel 50 &
utrogestan
). I have known for a while that I have subclinical hypothyroid as I have had regular blood tests over the years and at times my thyroid TSH returns into the normal range. However my past few blood tests this is not the case.

High Testosterone-panicking
Had my bloods tested to see how my testosterone levels are after starting testosterone gel (also on Estrogel and
Utrogestan
) and apparently my levels are 4.5, 3 times what they should be.

I had a novasure 9 years ago. Very successful results. Now I’m on HRT and utrogestan isn’t agreeing with me. Can I have the mirena coil?

Bleed during TWW
Hi All, I seem to bleed during the TWW, first four ivf rounds I was on either
utrogestan
or cyclogest pessary only and I bled day 8/9 of the TWW. Then the last two rounds I have been on one lubion and cyclogest pessary and the bleed would start on day 10/11.

Losing all hope after another BFN 😢
Then in preparation I was Progynova x 3 a day,
Utrogestan
x 3 a day, Prednisolone x 4 then reduced to 2 x a day, lubion x 1 day & Inhixa x 1 a day. Tubes removed a year ago due to hydrosalpinx.

Optimum Progesterone Level on the day of Transfer- FET cycle
Currently taking 800mg
Utrogestan
vaginally and 25mg Prolutex daily. I’m concerned the levels go too high and passes the optimum level. does anyone know what is the best level on day of transfer? Or what’s the rate of changes?

Prontogest vs intramuscular lubion?
Hello everyone So after a BFN on my recent FET and finding that my progesterone had actually decreased from transfer day- despite being on
utrogestan
and 2 lubions(!)- my clinic are a bit baffled but suggesting I have two choices: prontogest/oil intramuscular injections or do lubion intramuscular.

Consultant appt tomorrow? Any tips on what to ask.
- FET (cyclogest +
utrogestan
) - BFN. - One didn’t survive the thaw. - One embryo remaining. We had NHS funding out of a satellite clinic with our collections, transfers and storage at a private clinic nearby.

Happening all over again
I am on steroids, aspirin, clexane, Prolutex and
utrogestan
. What is wrong with me and where on earth do I go from here? Pretty much losing my mind at this point. Should say also it’s double donor embryo due to issues on both sides. Xx
