update on my eyelid problem
Hello, all. I donāt know how many of you saw my previous post a few weeks ago when an ophthalmologist suspected basal cell carcinoma in my eyelid. I had a biopsy and yes he was correct and now I have to have eye surgery to have it removed. I know this is not the site for that, but I thought I would

My MO suspects that I am non-metastatic, castration resistant but will not approve any treatment until metastases develop.
Gleason 9 at diagnosis, BRACA 2 germline and somatic. RP five years ago but cancer escaped the capsule; PSA of around 2.5 after surgery. Had radiation to pelvic area a few months later along with Eligard injection. Renewed Eligard after 3 months and PSA went down to undetectable. T was close to zero

Periods with HRT
Last Sept I had extensive excision surgery and the removal of one ovary. I was given utrogestan capsules and evorel 50 patches. However, I have had two bleeds one in dec and one in Jan, more like spotting but with all the pain like a period. Iāve called my dr as she wants me to go back and see my specialist

Cyst, not endometrioma
I had an endometrioma removed a few years ago. It helped greatly. A cyst (full of water, not an endometrioma) has now developed on the other side (over ovary and uterus) and is bigger than the endometrioma but is not causing me any physical pain (the endometrioma made it difficult and sometimes impossible
