After about a year adding Lio why has my FT3 lowered ?! Seems very odd. I mean I do feel quite a bit better. Still a slump at times but I don’t need to nap in the afternoons. So do I add a little more T3 or just go back to Levo only?
My GP surgery have sent a couple of texts asking me for TFTs but I’m ignoring them at the moment and will continue to after this latest Medichecks showing the suppressed TSH.
Vit D 107 (50-250)
Active B12 93.3 (37.5-188)
Ferritin 112 (30-264)
Folate 42.9 <7
No raised antibodies (which is normal for me)
Any opinions gratefully received as always 😀
Oh Sept 2022 on 125 mcg Levo
TSH 0.1
FT3 4.78
FT4 16.7
All same range

I think adding the extra 12.5mcgs Levo might make all the difference. It does look like you convert well enough so long as vitamins are optimal and that little bit more might just take you over the line.
Yup. Going to try it. I think I did one test just over a year ago where it looked like low FT3 so I thought I would try Lio. Looks like back to basics 😉thanks for your help
