The More You Know…It’s about informed choice
The amount of engagement on our Social Media pages, especially Facebook, surrounding the e-petition call to action hit an all-time high. Had to stop my meds again
Been off enbrel and mtx for just over a fortnight due to a urinary tract infection. Starting to flare rather badly now - hands, feet and knees. Latter is the worst..both knees inflamed and pretty painful, very much so when getting up off sofa or climbing stairs. :( I'd only been back on my meds for

Not sure about taking iodine
Hi guys, via urine testing it showed I had a iodine deficiency. The result was 88, ranges are 200-2000. I believe all my deficiencies (vitamins and minerals) are a result of untreating hypothyroidism for 6 years. When I discovered the iodine deficiency I talked to my GP and she said she didn't know

Am I pregnant or is it just my Endo?
I am currently 16 days late for my period. I have took 2 hpt, one at 5 and one at 7 days late, both came back negative, the GP also sent a urine sample to the hospital at 11 days late and that came back negative as well. GP told me to come back if I miss my next period and she will do more tests then

34 plus 3 and Midwife says Baby will be here soon!
I have just seen my Midwife and all is well. I am 34 plus 3 and baby already measuring 36 weeks, she is also fully engaged and apparently no more space left for her to descend!!!, so that explains the pressure I have been feeling and the lower back pain, she reckons Princess will make an early entrance

Is it time to try adding T3
Hi I was diagnosed with Hashis a year ago when my TSH was 79. I became very unwell when I started on Levo and was off sick for 4 months. I then improved somewhat and even managed to do some pretty heavy physical gardening over the summer. However as soon as the weather turned colder my symptoms slowly
