Foods/Supplements-Vitamins: Parsley
I posted on luteolin yesterday, with some reference to apigenin, both of which are found in parsley. There are many interesting phytochemicals in the common herbs, but how much can we realistically ingest? Can diatary herbs make a difference? My memories of parsley go back to the 1950s in England,

Can someone please help!
Can someone help me? I have had a urine infection containing e.coli and possible kidney stones ( the scan showed a small dot but the doctors are not sure if it was stones) I took antibiotics for 5 days, however when I stopped sure enough the problem continued so I went back to the doctors and they prescribed

More News from the Battle Zone, and a gift from the kiln!
Happy to report that the jolly Hydroxyurea ordnance that I bravely swallow after lunch every day is doing the trick. I am now 4 weeks into the battle and the platelets have gone from 1255 to 939 over that period. The good thing is that the reduction is happening on just one 500mg tablet per day, I consider

BAFFLED BY TEST RESULTS!
Hi all, just got my child's test results back today (24 hour urine test with Genova). Am baffled to say the least. It all appears "normal" despite her ongoing symptoms. Here's what they say: T3 - Trilodothyronine (RIA) 1.78 (range 0.61 - 3.38) T4 - Thyroxenne (RIA) 2.25 (range 1.03 -8.24) T3:T4 Ratio

(LONG POST BUT IMPORTANT) 1 1/2 year of symptoms, getting worse
I know I have done a post already but I just wanted to make another one because I need advice on the directions I should take, what I should say to my GP and other relevant information - If helped I would like to avoid having to wait 2-3 months for a useless referral which I have had to do about 5 times

Urine test to see if I have a hormone resistance at a cellular level
Hello, Does anyone know a private company I can get a urine test done to see if I have hormone resistance at a cellular level please. Could this be done via a postal service? Also, are there people on here that could help me analyse those results? Thank you.

After seeing GP
Went to see GP this morning about swollen abdomen. Internal examination (yuk) arranging an ultra sound, urine sample given and bloods taken to test CA125. So at least he took me seriously after explaining other symptoms.

Constant burning on penis head.....
So I had unprotected oral sex (no other penetration) around 3-4 weeks ago and a day or two or later I had an intense burning on my penis head. Typical this would be when sitting or AFTER urination. It felt mostly like a friction thing. Anyway symptoms persisted and I noticed a minor mucous like discharge

Low PSA with possible symptoms, would like help with next steps please
Hi all I have thought long and hard about posting here out of potential disrespect for those diagnosed, but I am at a loss to know what to do next, so here goes... In mid-October of 2017 I was dropping my daughter at school in the car. I parked the car, made sure it was safe to get out and as I turned

Hundreds of cysts & enlarged kidney
Hi, I'm new on here. I had an ultrasound around 4 years ago for a hiatus hernia. Sonographer was concerned as there were a 'number of cysts' on my left kidney. I went back to the consultant I was seeing re. hiatus hernia. He didn't seem too concerned, but said he'd refer me on to a nephrologists (I was

So upset & in pain - UTI
I posted about my potential UTI this weekend and have had some great replies. This morning things were no better so I dropped my urine sample at GPs surgery with a little note explaining my situation. My home test has showed slightly raised Leukocyytes and high specific gravity and then yesterday

Results from urine culture tested for UTI
Just obtained lab records on urine culture. Enterobacter cloacae complex >100,000 CFU/ML Gram Negative Rod Isolated. Problem started immediately after L5/S1 anterior back fusion done in 2015 with diarrhea. I just assumed due to spinal nerve damage. I have also had constant back pain, and arthritis getting
