Can someone help me?
I have had a urine infection containing e.coli and possible kidney stones ( the scan showed a small dot but the doctors are not sure if it was stones)
I took antibiotics for 5 days, however when I stopped sure enough the problem continued so I went back to the doctors and they prescribed me with another dose of antibiotics for 7days. I have completed the course but the problem has come back again in between 2 days after I finished taking the antibiotics.
I was peeing a small amount of blood during both these times, I have had a minor fever, chills with hot and cold sweats with this infection, I have also had a slight left ovary pain which has settled a little now.
I have to call my doctor today after work and receive the urine test that was sent to the lab.
My doctor was sure that this time the antibiotics would treat me but it hasn't.
It unbearably painful to pee my whole body becomes numb.
Has anyone experienced this or know why the infection keeps coming back.
