I ordered from medichecks but its a 24 hr urine test and therefore quite impractical around work etc. I swapped to medichecks blood test but my veins are tiny and they couldnt get any blood.
b12-vitamin.com/urine-test/ - apparently a morning urine sample is fine but i cant find anywhere in uk to do this yet.
What have others done please? I have lots of deficiency symptoms but my active b12 was fine so i really want the MMA test to see whats going on. Thanks
