Good afternoon everyone, I wear a CPAP mask every night, as i am a retainer and i just wondered does anyone else at night suffer with pain in in their arms and shoulders whilst sleeping? It sometimes feels as though I have been sleeping to soundly on my arm and I have to turn over onto my other side.

Antibodies gone?
Hi, first post. I received my test results back today and this is them. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s by endo back in 2015, my antibodies were past 500 and tpo was 15 back then. By the looks of it they have disappeared. I haven’t changed my diet and I do eat gluten as I did a test that said I wasn

Dental Care and Parkinson’s
My last dental cleaning wasn’t a pleasant one because I was too tensed up to keep my mouth open for the extended period of time. I was tremoring as well. I was particularly struck with how little the doctor seemed to appreciate the unique issues with Parkinson’s. I am now searching for a dentist who

Endo fatigue and jetlag
Hi ladies, Fatigue is probably my worst endo symptom. For the last few weeks, it's been particularly bad and I've struggled to shake it off. In a month, I'll be required to go to the U.S for work. I'll be flying to the east coast on the Monday and back to London on the Thursday evening (landing on Friday

Melatonin helps sleep
Any words of wisdom regarding Melatonin as sleep aid? I've always been a light sleeper, sensitive to sounds, light, etc. in the past (50 years now), I blamed this problem on having raised children, always aware of unusual sounds, etc., in the night, which translates to interrupted sleep.. With PMR

Has anybody on here taken prazosin for anxiety and sleep. I start taking it at bedtime tonight. I was taking clonidine but I still wasn’t sleeping good. I have tried different medicine at bedtime but nothing has seemed to work.

Hypothyroid and narcolepsy
Hi, I was wondering if anyone else here has hypothyroidism and narcolepsy. I was diagnosed about 3 months with narcolepsy with cataplexy and have had hypothyroidism for 7 years now. I was just wondering how it effects either condition, sometimes I can't tell if it's my thyroid or narcolepsy. I have

Hydrosalpinx Help!
Happy Monday everyone ❤️ No, sadly it is not a baby. Instead it is a hydrosalpinx 😩 I am always amazed by the incredible support and collective experience on this forum. So firstly, thank you. So apparently I have a hydrosalpinx, which was discovered through a brutal HSG last week. My doctor recommends

Hi and help!
Sending love and positivity to all reading this. I’ve been a voyeur in forums for 8 years and thought it may do me some good to actually get involved! Been ttc for 8 long years, lots of misdiagnosis and pain and heartbreak. Currently about to undergo 4th iui attempt but being prepped with 5x2mg Progynova

Still trying to figure this afib thing out - new to it
I have sleep apnea and waking up a couple of times per night with my heart racing about 90 bpm. But upon waking can have it down to 60 in about 90 seconds. Is that afib? Nothing ever happens when I am awake.

2WW has broken me :(
I'm only 4 days into our 5 day transfer but so far my morning has consisted of the following; woke up at 5.30 after having a really vivid dream this cycle had failed, started sobbing at 6am whilst trying to explain to my husband that I really feel in my heart this cycle has failed. I just can't shake

FET timing
My protocol is misleading. I thought my cycle seemed to look really short compared to others I’d spoken to, re read it and now think I read it wrong originally :( I start buserelin tomorrow (first FET fresh cycle last year ended in missed miscarriage) I also have progynova to introduce. How long roughly
