Good afternoon everyone, I wear a CPAP mask every night, as i am a retainer and i just wondered does anyone else at night suffer with pain in in their arms and shoulders whilst sleeping? It sometimes feels as though I have been sleeping to soundly on my arm and I have to turn over onto my other side. Both my arms just continue to have a dull ache in them each day when I try and bend or straighten them out?

It would have helped to exercise my arm and shoulder following lung surgery in order to avoid frozen shoulder
