Endo fatigue and jetlag

Hi ladies,

Fatigue is probably my worst endo symptom.

For the last few weeks, it's been particularly bad and I've struggled to shake it off.

In a month, I'll be required to go to the U.S for work. I'll be flying to the east coast on the Monday and back to London on the Thursday evening (landing on Friday morning). Admittedly, even someone with the best health would feel exhausted by such a short trip.

I don't want my health to hold me back any more than it already does but I'm starting to get really anxious about how I am going to manage the journey and the client meetings while I am there. I'm likely travelling out alone and meeting my manager at the hotel (she will already be stateside due to meetings the week before).

Does anyone have any experience of managing jetlag or travelling with endo? I've purposefully avoided travelling alone or on long flights since I was first unwell

Any advice would be hugely appreciated,

Zoe
