Trying to conceive after loss with thyroid issues
I've also been considering taking
ubiquinol
and DHEA to try and improve egg quality but my Endocrinologist says to keep things simple. Any advice/ insights would be much appreciated.

Ubiquinol (Coenzyme Q10), Clopidogrel and Blood Pressure medication
Does anyone know if Coenzyme Q10 can safely be taken along with Clopidogrel (anti-platelet) and blood pressure medication? Some sources online seem to be saying it may affect both of these. I know we can ask a doctor but our experience is that they're not interested in Coenzyme Q10 so might not be of

I also take
ubiquinol
2-3 times a day along with a gel cap of glutathione precursor formula. And I eat pineapple and drink pineapple juice a lot. Will keep you posted if I figure this out.

Is CoQ10 or Ubiquinol Helpful
What do members think about supplementing with CoQ10 (for under 30-year old people) or
Ubiquinol
(for over 30-year olds)? I read Dr Mercola's article on this (sorry don't yet know how to post a link) and it sounds a possible solution to fatigue etc.

Having taken dhea,

Vitamins and antioxidants as well as an alkaline diet help immensely
I've been taking n acetyl cysteine also a acetyl glutathione and
ubiquinol
along with vitamin a.e and c daily as well as selenium and colostrum my energy levels are awesome again and I limit my exposure to sugar salt and far since they fuel inflammation I'm also considering a more alkaline diet to stop

Statins
If you can take statins or take with
Ubiquinol
and your bad cholesterol goes down, I fail to see the harm from the statin. Can someone explain or start a conversation? Thanks.

I will not go into the details but the findings were of great interest to me as it showed that the
Ubiquinol
I have been taking did absolutely nothing for me so I have now switched back to COQ10 of a particular manufacture which showed a very positive result.

CoQ10 Ubiquinol
Also apparently it is not easy for the body to get what it needs from a CoQ10 supplement but if you are over 40 it is better to take
Ubiquinol
(derived from CoQ10) Apparently it is more absorbable than conventional CoQ10, which means that optimal levels of CoQ10 can be restored quickly and efficiently
