Bowel endo
I’ve had a
total
hysterectomy
and only have one ovary left but I’m still in agony daily. The gynae rang last Saturday and said there’s nothing else he can do for me and discharged me back to my doctors to get them to refer me to someone to now look at my bowels.

Hi! First post, can anyone offer any advice please?
Hi! My names Sam, I’ve been on here for a while but first time posting! I got diagnosed with endometriosis in may 2019 after many years of problems. I’ve had 3 laparoscopies within 18 months and tried different pills and stuff to stop my periods, but they never seem to agree with me and my periods still

I had a laparoscopy in December 2019 to remove ovarian cyst and zap endometriosis away and then had copper coil fitted as surgeon recommended. 12 months later I still had crippling cramps, daily, heavy periods and

Fecal impaction after hysterectomy?
Fecal impaction after hysterectomy. I’m in 3 phosphate enemas a day and ten senna tablets a day. Morphine for pain. Had moviprep and no benefit seen. Waiting for mri scan results. Not sure if nerves have been impacted by the surgery. It’s been six weeks now and quite exhausted.

Any advice on hysterectomy to remove my womb please. From someone who had it will be great. 🙂🙏🏼
My lovely gynecologist who had seeing me several times previously who now call me her friend, was cheerful when I went to see her again last year. I’ve been having smear test at least once a year since my first colposcopy treatment in 2003 and every year is the same. December 2018 they found endometriosis

Hopeful!
Hi everyone! I was diagnosed late 2019. Had full hysterectomy and, after 12 months on 3 monthly screening, now on 6 monthly. CA125 was down to 5 last time. Was pleased at first but now starting to get twitchy as 6 months seems so long! Just keeping fingers crossed I stay ok!

Liver and Kidney Ultra-sound Results
I have a call with my doctor later today to discuss my results. I was sent for an ultra sound scan back in September 2020, and I had this done on 11th February 2021 some 5 months later. I think the delay must have been due to covid! My recent bloods have shown : ......................................

What’s going on here and what should I be asking my endo for now?
I thought till a few months ago I was going to be one of the lucky folks here who crack the code on thyroid treatment and get their lives back. For a while it certainly felt that way. However, things have shifted in a big way and I’d once again love some advice from the forum. In October, when I felt

I recently had to have a hysterectomy including the removal of my ovaries sending me instantly into a medical menopause. I’m having real issues dealing with the additional symptoms as they are

For those following my struggle! I had my consultation today and I’m now proceeding to a hysterectomy!
Well it was a strange one, because my consultant again knew very little! They are now requesting the MRI from Airedale (where I went to A & E) and running another one in the next 2 weeks, and then it’s book in for hysterectomy + one ovary! To be fair, I don’t know if he’s taking both! No idea! It’s now

Advice appreciated :)
Hi everyone again, hope you are all well :) Here are my latest results after increasing my levo dose from 100 to 111 (100 4xweek and 125 3xweek). I got a big change in numbers. I´m sleeping now. Gluten free diet for three months now, trying to improve ferritin which was 27, although doing that on

advice needed
I am not sure if I have PA - symptoms over the last six months include fast heart rate, fatigue, tremors in arms and legs. I put my symptoms down to stress initially as I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer last year and had a hysterectomy in September. Thankfully now given the all clear. my GP
