Skin and haircare following full hysterectomy

Anyone have any suggestions for products to use for good hair and skin following full hysterectomy?

Yes I used henna product which worked well for me. It worked for 3 weeks and then I had to use it again.

Biotin supplements for hair thinning (due to lack of oestrogen) really makes a difference to my hair.
