Diagnosis was "follicular adenoma and background chronic lymphocytic
thyroiditis
". It was not cancer, so super news. Bloods have come back and are.

what do my results mean
6 months ago I was diagnosed with
thyroiditis
and had the following levels; Free T4 of 36 TSH 0.01 now I have the following; Free T4 of 13.4 TSH 4.23 I'm confused as I've been told my new TSH means I have an underactive thyroid, but my new Free T4 means I have an overactive ? Am I right.

Has anyone successfully used Dr. Peatfield´s Adrenal Fatigue protocol?
I was diagnosed with Hashimoto´s in 1999 but think I technically have Ord´s
thyroiditis
since I never had a goiter. If anyone has gone off thyroid hormone completely for several weeks to treat adrenal glands, I would like to hear about your experiences.

The positive thyroid antibody result, however, increases the possibility of your having or ultimately developing autoimmune thyroid disease, such as Hashimoto's
thyroiditis
or Grave's disease.

TSH within range
I wonder if this 'constriction' is
thyroiditis
and if it is, what's the association with the phantom pangs of hunger? Can anyone relate to my experience? Thank you in advance for any advice.

Where does T4 to T3 conversion take place?
But Paul Robinson writes in "The Thyroid Patient´s Manual" (p. 142): "If you have lost thyroid tissue through a thyroidectomy or through Hashimoto´s
thyroiditis
, you will also have lost a substantial amount of T4 to T3 production. The thyroid gland converts more T4 than any other tissue".

Which blood tests?
As I have been diagnosed with autoimmune
thyroiditis
will I need to have the antibodies testing? My doctor told me that once I have antibodies they would always be present. Thank you

Validation at last
Suppressed tsh and out of range Ft4, so that’s 2 years I’ve been fighting for proper treatment of my Hashi/
thyroiditis
and now I have to wait and see what the journey holds for me now.

Yet another article: Acute hepatitis E virus infection and autoimmune thyroiditis: yet another trigger?
I just found this article, maybe you find it interesting: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3339187/ [EDITED:] Interestingly enough, I once had a hepatitis E infection. I had no clue until a full blood test 2 years ago found antibodies - along with the Hashimoto's diagnosis.

Hashimoto's Thyroiditis
Morning lovely people Saw my doctor yesterday and was told I have Hashimoto'sThyroiditis . I believe its linked with Fibro? I feel so drained and still in a lot of pain from my neck to below my shoulder blades and down to my wrists. I try and stretch but if I stretch just a bit over I cramp all over

When is the best point during my cycle and time of day to take a Menopause blood test to rule this out as a cause of thyroid symptoms?
I potentially have
thyroiditis
and/or Hashimoto’s with an underactive thryoid shown by TSH & antibodies on several previous blood tests. My GP wants me to take a menopause blood test to rule this out before my endo appointment for the hot flushing and sudden sweating symptoms.
