Normal AST but high ALT, ALP and GGT

Hi

I recently had my lfts checked and my ALT was 191, ALP was 175 and GGT was 92.

Had another blood test to check AST which came back normal at 22.

I found it strange for my AST to be normal? Anyone who has been in a similar position who could shed some light?

I’m waiting for my test results for autoantibodies and also waiting for an abdo ultrasound.

28 year old - I don’t drink and have a healthyish diet. My BMI is under 25. I do have autoimmune thyroiditis and take levothyroxine.

No one here is qualified to interpret your blood test results but it seems your GP is requesting all the appropriate investigations.
