Has anyone consulted The London Hormone Clinic?
Just this really, I understand they evaluate and treat

as well as menopause and a variety of other hormone imbalance problems. I think this may have to be answered by dm. Thank you.

My ophthalmologist has told me my thyroid eye disease makes me a poor surgical candidate.and getting a second opinion is pretty much out of the question. I am 61 and an active sewer and the prospect

Question for thyroidectomized patients: iodine processing issues?`
Hi, it seems to me that if I eat a bit too much seafood, I see some adverse issues. I do not have a thyroid, and wonder - since the thyroid is by far the organ with the highest need for iodine... how does iodine get processed in the body of someone who does not have a thyroid? If you also lack a thyroid

Feeling a bit like a train wreck !!
Hi everyone, so just a quick one. Wonder if anyone else feels a bit like me ?? I'm really struggling to get motivated at the moment. It's not helping when it's dark, cold and wet in the evenings. I love running, but time with everything (work, homelife, general everything life) is just flying by

UK Cabazitaxel/Carboplatin availability
I have a fairly urgent decision to make regarding my treatment. For the benefit of our US warriors, the UK National Health Service means that the overwhelming majority of patients do not have private healthcare insurance. I'm one of those. Now, with the decision to switch from Docetaxel to Cabazataxel

Pbc and over active hydroid
Hi, I have been diagnosed with pbc and overactive thyroid within the same month. I know it's common to get under active thyroid with pbc but haven't seen overactive and pbc. Wondering if anyone also has this or knows any correlation? Thanks Natasha

PMR and brachial neuritis
It looks like I have developed a fairly rare condition called Parsonage-Turner syndrome (PTS), also called brachial neuritis. It started with terrible pain in the shoulder, so initially I thought it would appear in the other shoulder and be the beginning of a PMR relapse. But it is taking a different

Biotin and ESR/CRP Testing
Good evening. I have been taking supplements - AdCalD3 (of course!), Vit K2, VitB complex magnesium glycerine/malate and fish oil - fairly religiously since starting on pred. To help with hair/skin/bone thinning, I have also taken collagen and biotin. I was alarmed to discover tonight that biotin can

I'm now mainly ok in comparison but also as I've got older I get bouts of diarrhea which I know are from eating foods that don't agree with me. I had a fair amount of cream cake over Christmas I'm

Hi All. New member here.
I found this site after being utterly fed up and frustrated. A little back story first: I'm 53, male and I live in England. About a decade ago I noticed after a gig I attended as a punter that the usual "ringing in the ears" was taking longer than usual to go away, then after a few more weeks realised
