I take another brand of NDT and I have a pill cutter and can manage to halve and then halve again my little tablets:

I haven't used Erfa for years but when I did, I was able to divide them into quarters using a craft knife. A decent pill cutter should also do the job.

(It is much cheaper to buy stronger pills and cut them into quarters.)
