Hi, I am suffering from severe bladder pain and my diagnosis is interstitial cystitis. I still couldn't find a doctor who can give me a proper treatment. My GP has no knowledge on the treatment of IC. I have to search on the internet and try to find some drug to relieve the intense pain so I can get some sleep. I found the drug, Urispas 200 mg supposedly beneficial relieving the bladder pain. My concern is if it would exacerbate my restless leg syndrome. If any of you can reply and let me know if it is ok. Thanks in advance.

Hi halperinchen

This might help, Take two dessert spoons full of BRAGG’s Apple Cider Vinegar, and Pure Cranberry Juice, I take about 1 inch in small glass. Make sure it is Lure Cranberry with No sweetener. (Biona pure cranberry juice around £9.)

But buy on £6.50 Amazon) take very night last thing. This keeps bacteria at bay, and cranberry soothes. Keep of caffeine and sugar.

Take glass of fresh lemon juice every morning, 4/5 squirts to 10oz glass. Lemon can irritate, if irritation happens, soothe with homemade barley water. I cup barley to pint water. Bring Barley to boil simmer for 29/30 mins, strain, should be quite thick, add small amount of natural cordial orjuice, I add the cranberry, or pure pomegranate. Keep refrigerated. Hope this helps.
