wanna know if a person who’s underweight and have hashimotos thyroid and pcos should leave gluten and diary ? As leaving it would cause deficiencies

hello! So I don’t have hashis but I do have thyroid issues,PCOS and struggle not be underweight! I’ve been gluten free for 10+years and haven’t had deficiencies until my thyroid conked out early last year. Was also dairy free for a year but didn’t notice any different.

I’d say it all comes down to if you feel any benefits- try cutting out one at a time and see how you feel if you don’t notice any benefits I’d say no need to restrict unnecessarily.

I’m sure one of the experts here can advice on supplements:)
