Low amh and high fsh - retested and improved!
Hello I thought I'd share a little positive news to help any of you ladies with low amh and high fsh like me. I was utterly devestated for more than 2 months finding out that my amh was 2.3 and fsh was 22.5! But I researched and did and took everything I could for 12 weeks and got my retest results yesterday

Had review on 12 Septmber as 50mcgs Thyroxine was too high giving me palpitations and chest pains, had ECG which came back ok. Dr decided to keep me off Levo until symptoms worsened as I was borderline being hypothyroid and this is why I had such bad side effects. Have been feeling ok trying to keep

Natural Treatment
Hello to all. I was recently diagnosed with endometrias on both ovaries, endometriosis. I am looking towards natural remedies before attempting prescribed meds. Has anyone tried using systemic enzymes and castor oil packs? Did it relieve pain and/or reduce endometrial tissue?

I ran out of fish oil and did take it for 2 weeks. I notice i was very tired in the mornings and my legs felt week. I bought some fish oil and started taking it again (2400 mg Nature Made). Now my meds last longer i am no longer tired in the morning and my legs do not feel tired any more.

Hypothyroid and levothyroxine just about doing me in
I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and prescribed Levothyroxine. I had no idea I had anything wrong with me, I did have night sweats, and thinning of hair, but never thought much of it as I still felt good. After diagnosis I started on 75mg of Levothyroxine. The night sweats stopped, but gradually

Fish Oil
From what i have read, fatty acids may play a role in reducing lymphocytes. Does that mean fish oil tablets would be a good idea?
