Hello to all. I was recently diagnosed with endometrias on both ovaries, endometriosis. I am looking towards natural remedies before attempting prescribed meds. Has anyone tried using systemic enzymes and castor oil packs? Did it relieve pain and/or reduce endometrial tissue?

Endometriomas?! I had them and tried everything under the sun. They did not shrink, they grew and increased in number. I can only imagine that things such as castor oil packs can help reduce the pain. Unfortunately, excision by a skilled endometriosis specialist is the only way to treat them. If left and one ruptures, it can be a medical emergency.

Hi welcome to the group, wanted to share something with you, I'm currently using a natural supplement that I purchased from USA I am Canadian I heard great reciews for this supplement. It's called Endovan I'm tracking my weekly progress. I'm stage 4/4 severe endometriosis

Yes many and being day 3, I noticed my bleeding is slowing down as if I'm spotting now, the bloatness has significantly gone down, I'm able to sleep through the night thanks god for that, the pain is not severe as it was before, my mood swings I had is now almost gone. My migraines I had isn't bad as much it feels more like a headache. I just wished I knew about these pills sooner as I would of taken it sooner, it's a bit pricy but my health is worth it. I know I will be on these natural supplements for the rest of my life as endo took years to come, n now prob a few more years to completely clear my system.
