trazodone or clonidine?
hey!! i’m back with more annoying questions. :) i discussed some (2) antidepressants that i may be able to take with the RLS since my depression and anxiety have been getting a bit worse. we decided on trazodone (even though she kept trying to push SSRI’s lmao). she said the wellbutrin may make my anxiety

Aristo Levothyroxine
Has anyone tried Aristo Levo please, any thoughts? I’m looking for an alternative to Accord and something that doesn’t contain mannitol or acacia.

Discomfort in front of ankle following a run.
Hi there, I recently started couch to 5k and I am supposed to do the last run of week 4 today. It's being going well so far except a couple of times I have woken up with ankle pain. I don't get any discomfort during or after the run, or during the following rest day, it only seems to rear its head on

February sucks.
The doctor told me that she didn’t see anything from X-rays so it wasn’t anything super serious but that it could be a bone or muscle, something like carpal tunnel or
tendonitis
. It’s was only my right wrist then, now it’s both.

Does anyone know what corrective arthritis is?
It stated that I have some corrective arthritis and a flare up of
tendonitis
. I have never heard of this so a little confused. He also suggested I start hydrochloroquine as the Idadcio is still new and I need to be on it for 12 weeks to see a difference.

At-home workouts during injury restitution?
After 8 weeks of running (reaching week 4 because I've been doing every week twice due to a knee problem) I managed to get an injury - some annoying achilles
tendonitis
which has me 'benched' for at least 10 days.

Breathing ok, but legs and back working hard. Is this normal?
Hi, I am in Week 4. I am enjoying running a lot, and I find that I do not get tired in terms of breath capacity. The hardest thing for me has to do with muscle fatigue. I do not run as fast as I think my breathing capacity or endurance would allow, as I feel that my legs (and lower back) are really working

Back from the IC and back on the Magic Plan
A month ago I had to rest up due to hip
tendonitis
. I went back too soon (10 days just wasn't enough) and was back on the IC for another 2 weeks. Take heed fellow runners.... it takes time to come back from an injury. It was so frustrating.

Tendonitis
I started couch-5k during lockdown, but on week 3 I got
tendonitis
which was agony and Drs orders was to stop. I’d like to start again but I’m nervous it will return, and I really cannot afford time off work, anyone had any experience with this? Tia x

Little message: Don't fret about Week 5 Run 3!
In fact I extended the final 3 to 5 - like I say it's a whistle-stop tour to make sure my
tendonitis
doesn't flare up. Then today I did a Week 4 run.

Leg injury stopped me completing the course :(
Hey folks, so I was doing really well and I was on week 7. Was loving the program. Then a whole load of stuff happened at home which threw me off course and as I was about to start up again, my 5 stone staffy (he’s a very tall and big lad, not fat 😂) ran into my shin full force in our garden. It’s

From ana positive in past to ana negative??
I have always been ana positive in the past and my recent one was negative which puzzled the rheumatologist, as I have been suffering from increased inflammation which showed in my bloods. I have been feeling dreadful and she says it's due to increased lupus activity. Has anyone else had this happen

Do PMR symptoms linger when you've recovered?
I occasionally get short periods of shoulder & hip girdle ache, not PMR pain, although finger
tendonitis
is painful and I have no energy. In between I'm fine, nearly back to how I was before PMR.

Back after 3 weeks resting hip tendonitis & now need my inhaler!
I felt like if I didn't get out and run today, I might never get back into it. It's been 3 long weeks, and my hip pain has almost (but not quite) disappeared. So a trepidatious 2 laps of Wandsworth Park (2.5k) this afternoon. Really I should now be running my 8k of the Magic Plan, but hey - things

Your experiences after cryo ablation please.
Out if the blue last week, I received a text message reminding me of an appointment I had today. I had no details of this appointment and had not received any letter or communication. I went along expecting to see the usual AF nurse but I was sent to the pacing clinic and it turned out it was the pre-assessment

W8R1 good run but now resting ankle 🙄
Did this run yesterday in thankfully cooler weather. Part way round I developed a niggle on the inside of my left ankle 🥴 Having read other posts I’ve carefully been alternating pavements so as not to always be running on the same camber. I had no trouble in finishing but was a bit concerned as there

Tendonitis running
Magic Plan W1 done this evening 🥵 🤗 😝 Stuck to Ju Ju’s plan and can see my speed gradually improving. Love the feeling of achievement!! But I have such a nagging pain on the top of my right foot & in my left hip. I can run through the pain, but it feels so much worse when I get back home. It’s been
