Dear Lord! I've done my first 'run' and survived. However I just cannot jog or trot and I did try. There were terrible grindings and 'movements' inside my right knee and my left knee just collapsed. Sooo instead of running I am walking faster. My current 'brisk' walking speed is the treadmill at

Supplements
Hello, Does anyone know of any good supplements I could take alongside the usual medication please ? I’m currently on Benepali which was working really well for me but for the last 8 months I’m struggling with swollen painful feet , I’ve read that turmeric is really good but due to long term anti inflammatory

Trazodon
Hi, everybody. Please advise. I took trazodone for a month as prescribed by a neurologist. It was with the start of taking trazodone that there was a feeling of crawling on the legs and sometimes on the hands. And also the desire to scratch the feet of the feet, that is, itching. This has never happened

What is it like to live with PMR?
Some things are not always directly PMR itself, but are often found alongside it and although they respond to oral pred eventually, it may take months to get a real improvement - such as with bursitis or
tendonitis
and myofascial pain syndrome. Now - what's it like living with PMR? Well...

Bother!
Pain down the outside of it and a quick google search suggested peroneal
tendonitis
. Got to the 6K distance on The Magic Plan but perhaps that was too much for me but frustrating none the less as I always ensure to properly warm up, cool down, stretch and foam roll.

Two years on
Two years ago, having finally shaken of the
tendonitis
that had put paid to my first attempt at the C25K plan, I finally put all the excuses behind me, laced up my shoes that had been gathering dust since I unboxed them at Christmas, and started my running journey in earnest.

Which is best build up speed or distance
I am into my 2and month following couch to 5k, I am doing around 6.72 k at a pace of 10.11 just wondering do I try and speed up to get my pace lower or move up to 10k and then try to speed up, I am 60 with copd and
tendonitis
in both calves, I feel I am very slow and juffle along. Which way is best

Tendonitis
Hi all, I had a scan back in March due to throbbing aching shoulder especially at night and they found a large calcium deposit. Now my other shoulder is doing the same and the pain is bad. I have been reading and it’s common to have high levels of calcium in the blood possibly caused by the parathyroid

Shoulder and arm pain?
4 years ago I developed pain in my forearm, turned out to be
tendonitis
which developed into frozen shoulder and it was a good few years of PT and major discomfort, braces etc. I still don’t have full use of it.

PMR and foot pain
The last time he said it was
tendonitis
. He gave me a prescription for a formulated pain gel which isn't doing anything. He said a steroid shot wouldn't help in the area I was hurting and he couldn't give me any more orally than what I was already taking.

C3 ✅ The long awaited inaugural run with hubbie 😆 and maybe not the last!
Unfortunately I had to fess up a few runs short when I developed
tendonitis
😕 as he was so concerned and couldn’t understand how on earth it had come about 🤷♀️ We got prepped, did the dynamic exercises 🧘♀️ and off we set on the warm up walk.

hey!! i’m back with more annoying questions. :) i discussed some (2) antidepressants that i may be able to take with the RLS since my depression and anxiety have been getting a bit worse. we decided on trazodone (even though she kept trying to push SSRI’s lmao). she said the wellbutrin may make my anxiety

Aristo Levothyroxine
Has anyone tried Aristo Levo please, any thoughts? I’m looking for an alternative to Accord and something that doesn’t contain mannitol or acacia.
