Hi all, I have type 1a and I'm suffering really bad with carpol tunnel in both hands and tendonitis in my left thumb. Has anyone else had this before and how long did it take to heal/ feel better? I'm wearing my splints all day and night and had a steroid injection last wed but made no difference ?? Any advice welcome?
