Stiff, painful swollen hands and feet
Has anyone experienced rheumatoid arthritis symptoms with Hashimotos? I’ve read that if you have one autoimmune condition, you’re more likely to get others. I’ve never had any hand issues previously, but recently experienced a sudden onset of symptoms after reintroducing some foods while on the AIP diet

Steroid withdrawal syndrome?
Hello all. It's been a while since I posted here. Having been diagnosed with probable fibromyalgia, I thought that was the end of things. However, I notice from the fibromyalgia pages of this site that my symptoms aren't really in keeping with theirs. In brief, I have muscle and joint pain, but that's

Cloudy with a Chance of Pain? Smartphone study shows pain more likely on humid, windy days
Although not strictly on-topic, so many here have reported pain issues, I thought this of at least passing interest. [i]

All about Arthritis and the Ignored foods that can worsen arthritis
Like several illnesses and diseases, health science has overlooked the accurate causes of arthritis for years. Each of the most important types of arthritis has been revealed to have comparable etiologies. It has also been assumed that Gout arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis and Osteoarthritis can have

Help at 2 mg Prednisone.
My bloodwork no longer shows inflammation for Pmr and my RA says any pain left is osteoarthritis but I feel bad most every where and cannot think clearly , am exhausted and cannot reduce under 2 mg even .25 at a time. I've worked at this for months. Do I need an adrenal function rest or does this sound

Anyone else have puffy pudgy fingers every morning even when normal at bedtime.
I was diagnosed with RA,and or PSA or both a year ago. Since I am sero negative the Rhuematologist isn't sure. My wrists are badly swollen and lots of bone erosion in fingers and wrists. l have been able to control swelling and pain in the wrists somewhat with severe diet restrictions (Vegan) but not

Osteoarthritis knee pain eased
I have followed a similar path to many of painkillers and treatments. But two months ago I was so lucky to find some relief. And I can't put this down to any particular treatment or medication. Through a 24 hour day, and for different treatments, I take Glucosamine. Rivaroxaban. Amlodipine. Atorvastatin

Just started out with this app
I’m 55, haven’t run for over 20 years and have developed arthritis in my knees and ankles in that time. I looked up online if I should start running again and got conflicting advice so have decided to make a start and see how it goes. My aim is to take part in the local park run 5K in nine weeks

California wildfires and stress/- update
I live in Northern California and have been enduring power blackouts for weeks. Today we have the 4th blackout in 3 weeks and are being told the blackouts could go on go another month as there is no rain in the forecast. Thank goodness no fires have started near me and I haven’t had to evacuate!
