Prepping for Round 2
First cycle was BFN with short protocol so we are trying long protocol this time with Nafarelin (
Synarel
)
nasal
spray
and Menopur. Has anyone had luck with this combo? Also we had the option of using Buserelin instead of Synarel for the down regulation part, which I’m debating.

Nafarelin (Synarel) and breakthrough bleeding
Has anyone had breakthrough bleeding when taking Synarel (Nafarelin)? After starting the spray, I had a period 22-26/08 then I started bleeding again 29/08 but it’s very light/spotting. Trying to work out if this is normal??

Nafarelin/Synarel down reg - when did you get period?
Hi I'm currently doing the above nasal spray for my down regulation as I was told there is a nationwide shortage of buserelin which I used in my first cycle. I started on Saturday 4th May and was told I should get a period in around a week but still no period or signs of it. Has anyone done the same

Advice/support much needed!! 2nd round of icsi
Looking for words of encouragement or support as I’m getting ready for my second round and feeling really anxious and negative. My background: Had first ICSI cycle in Feb. Only got 3 eggs, 1 wasn’t mature, 1 was fertilised but didn’t make it, 1 made it to a low grade blast and was transferred on day

synarel
Has anyone been prescribed Synarel (the sniff drug that stops your ovaries producing estrogen). I’m starting it in a few days, along with Evorel conti. The theory is, if the pain stops I can go straight for a full hysterectomy to avoid many potential laparoscopies in the years to come. Bit scary making

Everything taste awful - like vinegar!
I was prescribed 6 drugs in March following a silent heart attack. They were the usual - Aspirin, Clopidogrel, Ramipril, Atovastatin, Bisoprolol, and Lansoprazole. Five weeks ago food and drink began to taste awful - sour or vinegarish. I can't bear to eat any dairy, fruit or meat. I can eat vegetables

synarel side effects
hello all, Has anyone got any tips for dealing with the side effects from Synarel? Im about ten days in with a fair bit more to go pre ERA/ALICE/EMMA testing. I’ve had buselerin in the past and the side effects were the same but came on quicker… Cold sweats are the bit I’m struggling with. Feels

Otomize ear spray
HiI have an outer ear infection in both ears and I've been prescribed Otomize ear spray but it's making me feel really sick when I use it, has anyone else had this experience? I don't know if it's helping my tinnitus as I only started taking it yesterday afternoon. I'm currently using a hot water bottle

Antihistamines and tinnitus
I have had right sided tinnitus for over 4 months. I have seen ENT, audiology , MRI etc. There are no reasons found for the tinnitus. I am partially habituated but it can lead to loss of sleep at night. However, I get pollen allergies at about this time of year and start taking antihistamine - ceterizine

Had my nasal surgery, in mom's house
My nose doesn't stop running. Mom was cute but started to trigger me especially when trying to make sis study faster. All day in hospital, no food till 8pm, three times drawn blood, anesthesia, waiting... Wondering when to go back. I don't like both my living options.

Synarel
hiya, hope you’re all having nice weekend. I am 5 days into Synarel (2 sniffs morn and 2 sniffs eve) I feel no symptoms at all, and don’t feel like it’s doing anything? Is this normal? I’m also only using it for 2 weeks…which doesn’t seem long? anyone else experience similar? X

Synarel nasal spray side effects
Has anyone taken
synarel
nasal
spray
as part of their protocol? I am concerned about the short term and long term side effects. I had been experiencing severe perimenopausal symptoms but taking eostrogen during my first cycle (a year ago) seemed to sort that out.
