synarel side effects

hello all,

Has anyone got any tips for dealing with the side effects from Synarel? Im about ten days in with a fair bit more to go pre ERA/ALICE/EMMA testing.

I’ve had buselerin in the past and the side effects were the same but came on quicker…

Cold sweats are the bit I’m struggling with. Feels like flu!! Any advice that maybe helped you? I’d be so grateful
