Nafarelin (Synarel) and breakthrough bleeding

Has anyone had breakthrough bleeding when taking Synarel (Nafarelin)? After starting the spray, I had a period 22-26/08 then I started bleeding again 29/08 but it’s very light/spotting. Trying to work out if this is normal??

Hello, I started nafarelin on 19th Aug and got my period on the 24th which was like my normal period for 4-5 days then I've continued to have some very light spotting since. This is my second time using the nasal spray andthe same happened the first time I had it and my clinic weren't concerned xx

Thanks so much for replying. When I asked the nurse on Friday if my breakthrough bleeding is a possible side effect of nafarelin, she said no 🙈 Going into the weekend I was just feeling quite overwhelmed and hoped to hear from another patient. My consultant isn’t at work until Wednesday so I’ll email him about it soon.. Thanks again xx

Aw gosh I know it's hard not to overthink everything isn't it. Hopefully your consultant will give you piece of mind this week 🤞 as I say though I had similar the last time I was on it and when I went to my first scan before starting stims, they said everything was as it should be and the nafarelin was working fine - good luck xx
