Newport (Gwent) Marathon 28 April 2024
There was some
stress
on the eve of the event as, in spite of the taper, my legs were stiff and achey, and I discovered that no public transport option would work for a 9am start. In the event, my wife drove me in and traffic wasn't a problem.

Notes to former self
Yes
IT
does get more intense with
stress
of all types and it is physical. You are according to one hematologist 4 weeks from death and the medics you are dealing with have no clue what to do for you but very confident in that what they can do is the best that can be done.

Seafood shows promise as a future Parkinson's disease medication
All of these substances play a role in Parkinson's disease, for example, by reducing oxidative
stress
, preventing dysfunctional mitochondria (small "factories" in cells), aggregating the alpha-synuclein protein, and counteracting inflammatory processes.

Never ending balanitis and lichen sclerosus
A year ago, I applied a new antifungal cream for one week and the symptoms went away, but they returned immediately upon the first sign of
stress
(like flying in a plane). The dermatologist prescribed an anti-Candida antibiotic which made the situation worse.

my health anxiety is destroying me…
Had so many tests, I mean dozens of ECGs, holter monitor,
stress
test, bloods, heart echos and X-rays. Not one thing wrong ever. Yet all the symptoms come at me.

I still live with my dad, and I’m happy and blessed to be able to live with him so I can focus more on my passions and business without
stress
. But I’m working to move out one day. For both my dad and my sake. Dad can go and live his life, and I can go and live mine.

Varying side effects or formulations?
I haven't even started the CDK4/6 yet, and am dreading adding more
stress
on my body when this one is kicking me. What is frustrating is that it was tolerable at first. Did it just take time to kick in?

I pray you get your answer soon 🙏🏾
Take it one day at a time and try not to
stress
over what you might have.
Stress
intensifies MS symptoms. Continue to seek medical attention for all your symptoms. Just don’t
stress
about. Stressing and worrying creates anxiety and depression. And I don’t want you to experience any.

Just diagnosed with Vitamin B12 and folic deficiency
For the last 18-24 months I’ve had fatigue, lack of energy, brain fog, weight loss, anxiety,
stress
, depression, chronic diarrhoea, the list goes on. I’ve dealt with a stressful house move and the deaths of both in-laws and dealing with their affairs too.

Progress on dental implant
Good morning everyone I had the implant yesterday, took an extra 2 milligrams of Prednisolone to deal with the
stress
of it all. Told the Dentist about my additional challenges with the AF and he was singularly unfazed.

So I'm in hospital.. (first ever overnighter)
I thought, OK let's get this weekend out the way and then I'm off to see works private Cardiologist again Tuesday (for
stress
and echo test). Didn't go that way! Got up with kids yesterday morning and my chest was hurting more than ever before.

This has caused so much
stress
because i work a lot and am exhausted all the time. Another thing that is a con to moving out is the fact that i had nowhere to go. My girlfriends family invited me to move in with them.

PVCs Way Worse
One particularly stressful hour (so now I wonder, was I stressed because of my heart or did
stress
provoke my heart?) I had 2720 PVCs, 55 per minute.

Anyone else with one kidney, one adrenal or both?
Mine was a long period of acute
stress
and sleep loss, as in ten years, so I’m still wondering, but maybe with that much
stress
I'd have got PMR or something anyway, even if my body were entire.

Week 6 (The Return): When is a dog too old to learn new tricks?
And actually, the whole run felt pretty
stress
-free. I was quite excited, thinking I had found my go-to pace and my heart rate MUST have been lower than usual, but when I looked at the stats - I was in Zone 4 for 80% of the running time!

Anxiety that’s work related
In addition, there’s been other isssues at work that have caused so much
stress
to me, nothing that I contributed to. Just a stressful environment. I just feel so fragile right now and a bad audit would do me in. I feel like I’ll have to resign if I don’t have a good audit and I need my job.
