Yes I do have a lot of personal
stress
at the moment and I have no way of getting out of it but hoping I can stop worrying about it so much as this is not doing my heart any good. Any advice on how to cope with the beats?

I'm in so much pain made so much worse by the
stress
of not knowing what is happening. The pain is mostly in my lower back and low pelvis. I do have some bloating and nausea too. Has anyone been through similar?

Green poo - any connection with Liver disease
Lost my job Stayed sober well into this year but
stress
of not getting a new job and debt recently drove me to relapse. It was a heavy one - horrendous - things got bad way quicker than last time.

sleep meds
way I can feel well and continue with my exercise and get enough sleep is with the meds there is no real quality of life without sleep and exercise so I’m wondering if anyone has these issues If I get sleep and have good mental health through exercise and doing my life well then I have way less

My main
stress
is my husband. He is still job hunting and get depressed with himself which in turn crumbles my mental health. I don’t know what to do. Mental health sucks. Sorry this post makes little sense. Just helps me to write it out

PIP Rant
Do these people not listen to what is being said and also not realise the
stress
flare ups they cause. I honestly do not understand why we have to go through an assessment over the phone if what is said is then not taken in to consideration.

Very High blood pressure
Has anyone else had very high blood pressure from steroids or possibly
stress
of having PMR? I’m currently tapering from 15 to 14 mg over 4-5 weeks.

2023 Running Wrap Up
Running has also helped me with

Not sure what's going on
I've been on 7 megs prednisone for most of that time, upping the dose for a couple of days whenever I've had
stress
. For the last 3 weeks, though, I have had lots of aches and pains (hips, knees, shoulders) along with more than my usual fatigue.

New study indicates that taxifolin "could" reduce chronic inflammation, promote healthy aging and improve healthspan of lupus sufferers.
[i]Linda May-Zhang, PhD, VP Innovation at Blue California and an author on the study told Longevity.Technology that taxifolin shows promise in addressing oxidative
stress
and alleviating lupus symptoms by inhibiting NETosis.

First week done
So after a lot of
stress
and going from stage 2b to stage 3 my first week of chemoradiotherapy has finished, weekend off before vinorelbine capsules Monday and back on the radiotherapy. Didn't expect to feel so rough after first week and looking for advice please.

Test results got worse after a year
Obviously we'll get on with it and we can still work with these results, but the worry is that things are deteriorating fast and it adds another element of pressure and
stress
onto things yikes Thank you!

Waiting to go back to work
On January 26th I went on leave from my teaching position due to a toxic work environment,
stress
, and trauma. My therapist released me to start working a four-day week beginning March 1. I met with the superintendent, HR, and union rep on Feb. 26th.

'Fertility Solutions' DNA testing and consultation - and Andrology solutions personal experience please
Any further tests recommended would have results discussed in a follow-up consultation (30 - 40 minutes £175). 2) DNA Fragmentation & Oxidative
stress
test completed first (£425), for which she strongly suggested that both be completed in your case.

Acid Reflux
I feel so unwell and had to take a day off work which caused problems and added
stress
which I didn’t need. I am a Manager of a shop and if I have to take time off have to find cover. I have no support from Head Office, all they say is the shop has to open. They don’t care about my health.
