Hi I'm Joey :)
I have found that having my dog around provides great companionship and helps me manage my
stress
, anxiety, and depression. So, dog tales are always a great topic but I'm always open to talk about anything (I have ADHD and love to talk).

Ahhhhhhā¦ finally Iāve done some solid workoutsā¦
ššš As mentioned in some recent posts, Iāve had a couple of weeks of high
stress
at work, low time for looking after myself, so in the last 14 days my workouts were far and few between, with only a bare minimum of intentional S&F sessions. That finally changed this weekend!!! Yey!!!

Mandatory reconsideration pip
I rang them to do a mandatory reconsideration, this is causing me a great deal of
stress
as I relied on the award I'd originally had to at least get me out once in a while, now I'm just going to be existing in 4 walls. Has anyone had any success with mandatory reconsideration?

Amlodipine Side Effects
I experience regular spikes which maybe
stress
related or reactive to sound. I've recently started taking 5mg Amlodipine for high blood pressure and it seems to be aggravating the tinnitus in both ears. Has anyone else had similar experience with taking Amlodipine?

implant Surgery Tomorrow
She says the extra is to help with the anxiety/
stress
and that as my body likely isnāt producing cortisol of its own this should help. Sounds right. Iāll also have normal painkillers like paracetamol. Anything else I need to be aware of from a PMR perspective? Thanks. P.s.

Tinnitus through Loud Concert
I have been overwhelmed and stressed recently with my uni work so I am not sure if the tinnitus is lingering around due to my

and anxiety. It could be a bit of both but I am not sure of this yet.
