Greetings. Has anyone had Nerve Ablation done to help with lumbar spine pain? Has anyone had a trail or a permanent spinal cord stimulator fitted? My pain consultant wants to try the first one in a few weeks time and I have my first appointment next month with a view to having a spinal cord stimulator

Hi folks Hope you're all well as can be expected. I've been to the respiratory clinic today. I haven't got my fev readings yet they will post a report out to me. However they said my lung age 76. I'm only 48. I've been prescribed formoterol fumarate and cetirizine, I'm already taking monteleukast and

Possible help
I was wondering if there are anyone else who uses magnesium tablets and cod liver oil tablets supplements to boost their immune systems. I have been doing this for years and whilst I have severe asthma / copd but I never smoked. My asthma is controlled through drugs. I don't really get flare ups hut

Spinal cord stimulator
Has anyone had a spinal cord stimulator to help with CRPS? If so did it help, how was the recovery time and are you able to function better then before it.

Last week I joined a ladies only gym and got back on my bike again after spinal surgery last year - cycled 5 miles on Wednesday ando 7.5 miles on Friday. I also go to pilates class on Wednesdays and walk my dog. This all sounds
