IVF timelines after follow up appointment at Luton dunstable NHS icsi

We have follow up appointment next week and want to know timelines from funding to treatment. We waited for almost 2 years and thinking to go private. Please guide me how long will it take to in order to get funding approval from ccg to start medication for icsi treatment. Please help us

I’m not from your area, so don’t know. I would ask your clinic directly for timescales- they would be able to give u a tough idea. I think mine was 4-6 weeks

Yes sometimes clinics prefer to discuss things in person, hope u get your answers soon then x

Just before I went in for the end our last iui the nurse completed the forms and it was either the same or the next day I had a message from the clinic so I'm guessing where we are it gets approved pretty quickly xx

Luton and dunstable hospital..we are worried about time lines..our next follow up appointment is in June where we will be referred to ivf funding and treatment..I am worried when will be start having meds for treatment..

If it takes another 4 months then I am planning for private..please advise

Were in Nottingham and it just depends on the area. I'm sure at the appointment they will be able to give you a rough guide xx
