impatiently waiting!

My husband and I are still awaiting his fsh, testosterone, cystic fibrosis and chromosomal blood test results to find out what’s potentially causing his lack of sperm. Then we’re going to go through ICSI, but of course in the hope they’re able to detect some sperm once they’ve extracted directly from his testicles.

I’m getting so impatient now and questioning lots of things including my own fertility. My AMH is low for my age (32) at 9.7 & I had 11 follicles on my left ovary and 8 on the right. Has anyone else here gone on to successfully conceive with similar results as mine?

I have 3 follicles so it sounds like you have a great number. All the waiting is very hard. Hang on in there. Injections, scans and bloods are just around the corner x

Thank you. I am currently 28 weeks pregnant. Been a long journey but hopefully one of the happy endings soon.

Hey I replied to your last one. My husband has zero count too, CF carrier. We are waiting on NHS and the wait is a killer. I went for my first CBT session today to try and work through my fears and anxieties and I’m hoping it’s going to help. Fingers crossed you get some answers soon in the meantime don’t forget to look after you ❤️ xx

I’m so sorry you have such a wait for your treatment. The waiting around is so tough, I feel for you both. That’s great you’ve gone for CBT, I am open to this as well but at the moment, I find chatting to you all on here & a select few close family/friends is my remedy at the moment. I’m sure things will get a lot tougher soon enough though.

My partner had a 0 count ! We found out he carried the cf gene ! I’ve just had my bfp, he had a mese procedure and had 6 vials of good sperm ❤️🤞🏼 wish you all the luck in the world it’s such a hard journey but you will find the strength xxxxx
