BMI over 30 & ICSI
I have been through ICSI before, when my BMI was just under 30, and it was successful on the 4th attempt. We are now considering trying for a sibling and made an appointment in July last year with our clinic. My AMH has went down more since last time and I’m 38 this time. The clinic said if I get

How Do People Afford IVF?
Hi everyone, I have just joined this website/group as I'm having issues with our treatment with IVF - ICSI and am in need of answers. While looking through other people's questions and responses I hear the amount of times people have gone through IVF, and I can't help but wonder how people are affording

IVF/ICSI Not Responding To Stims - can that change?
Hi, We've just started our first IVF / ICSI through the NHS. I've been on 0.5ml of Buserelin Injections and 450iu Gonal F Injections (the max they can give). We've just had our second of three progress scans and unfortunately only one follicle out of 2-3 is growing. So looking like we'll only have one

Trying again
Havent posted for a little while but I have been keeping up with you brave ladies you are all such warriors ✋. I was sooo happy to see Cinderellas safe arrival of her beautiful babies 🥰. Well after my own little miracle on the 2nd round I have decided to give it one last shot at giving him a brother

Can anyone recommend a good clinic abroad please.
Hi Can anyone recommend clinics ivf clinics abroad. I know you can't mention clinics so would be grateful if you could pm me. I just wanted to know if clinics abroad offer immune testing and what the cost would be for icsi and immune tests. I'm contemplating whether to have a fresh cycle abroad or another

Does imsi or icsi lower fertilization?
Hi ladies, I'm now in my 2ww. Already losing hope though. :/ I had two previous egg collections before and this was our third. The last two we did IVF, this time IMSI. And this time the fertilization outcome is way worse. Does IMSI or icsi have this sort of risk?

Second time lucky 🤞🏻
Well our second icsi transfer was made today and am hoping that the fact that it fell on our second wedding anniversary is a good omen. Now for the dreaded 2 week wait ⏰

Embryo transfer yesterday of 2 embryos
Hi, We’ve been told we’ve unexplained infertility since 2017 after trying since Jan 2015 to get pregnant naturally and on our 6th cycle. We’ve had a lot a couple of house moves, moved jobs and cyst problems in this time - hence the time being so drawn out. We had the transfer yesterday from our third

Blighted ovum 6 weeks
Hi guys.. I got my first BFP following ICSI cycle, however at 6 week viability scan they could only find gestational sac so they feel most likely a blighted ovum. They made an appointment for me in EPU when I should be 7 weeks, for re scan and management plan. I couldn’t help but google of course..

Acupuncture
I am hopefully starting ICSI in a months time subject to bloods, more consents, and drugs being issued in time. My question is, I have read acupuncture should be done for 3 months prior to treatment (I didn’t know it was going to go ahead that’s why I’m late) is it still worthwhile doing now? And if

Fresh Embryo Transfer - low quality Embryo
I’m on my first round of ICSI and I had my fresh transfer this morning, I had 9 eggs, 3 fertilised and 1 made it do day 5. The embryologist gave it a low grade but said that it was growing and had it been implanted later in the day she would have probably been able to give it a slightly higher grade.

Varicocele and dna fragmentation & dr ramsey
Hi I was just wondering if anyone has seen that their partners DNA fragmentation improved after having varicocele treatment? I have had 4 failed transfers and we have recently found out my partner has got 26% fragmentation he has a varicocele so we wondering if that's a factor and whether we should

Hi lovely people 👋 we just did our first stims injection for a private icsi cycle this morning and this afternoon I got my outpatient appointment in June for the NHS round 🤯 I'll be 40 in October so we didn't want to wait for possibly another 6 months to get to the top of the list hence we went private

Advice regarding supplements and implantation issues
Hello everyone, I am after some advice if you don't mind, please. This is a little bit about me. I am 35, my other half is 39. We have been TTC for 4 years and had 3 ISCI over past 2 years. Low sperm motility and poor respond to drugs are our issues. I have never been pregnant and never had positive

Anyone had rescue ICSI?
Hi all, I'm after some advice as I have reached the end of the road with my clinic. I'm due to have my fourth transfer next week and they were meant to call me with the transfer date today but haven't called (even though I've called to chase them). Am feeling so fed up as we've self-funded all our treatment

9dp5dt - BFN
Hi, after my first ever ICSI I tested first thing this morning with FMU & a FRER & got a BFN😢 I’m really just looking for info on what may be next for me, I have one 5ab frostie & I’m entitled to 3 rounds with GRI. I’m just wondering what the process is like for FET and if anyone has any advice on
