Hi ladies, hope you’re all doing well.

I’m having first cycle of ICSI . I’m on day 10 and had second scan and follicles there are good few follicles mainly 6-7mm and half dozen 11-13mm. Is this good/bad?

I originally was supposed to have ec on Tuesday (day 14) but next appointment not until Monday. I’m thinking it definitely won’t be Tuesday because trigger 36hours. Is it ever shorter?

Also have PCOS so having a freeze all cycle incase of OHSS.

Things vary so much from person to person. My follicles took a lot longer than others to grow - but they did increase in size quickly towards the last few days (like typical exponential growth curve!) Don’t fret too much about the number of days, as long as they keep changing size. Not sure if trigger can be done quicker - 36 hrs is my experience. My EC’s were on day 16, 17 & 18! Hi, it sounds like they are growing nicely. They may ask you to carry on with the stims for a couple more days, that’s often happened with me. I’ve not heard of a shorter trigger time. Xx

I think I’m at exactly the same point as you! I had my scan yesterday (21st) and they said my follicles look good but they need to grow a little more so I have to keep injecting ovaleap and go back for a scan on Monday. They said egg collection would possibly be weds or thurs? It’s my first cycle to, but we’re not doing ICSI.

Thanks it’s all good to know. We were both told to isolate but getting concerns about work, though more for my husbands sake as he’s self employed. My biggest concern is it being cancelled on Monday. Thank you again for comments. Good luck 🤞
