I have a low AMH Level and we're having ICSI IVF. I've been looking into and buying supplements that may help. Everywhere mentions Omega 3 but they don't say how much to take?
And is it better to take just Omega 3 supplement or take a Omega 3, 6 and 9 Supplement?
I'm getting really confused (not that it takes much to confuse me lol)

I buy Wileys Finest pre natal fish oil with DHA, EPA and so many other acronyms it can’t fail but to fix everything 🤣 if nothing else I feel better for taking it xx
You just want omega-3s. Omega-6s contribute to inflammation and most of us already get too many of them because they're found in processed and refined foods.
I take 1 teaspoon of cod liver oil per day for omega-3s, specifically Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil xx
Omega 3 is the main nutrient you want. You can get this from most health shops...@soccerkt6 is right that omega 6 can contribute to inflammation and omega 9 usually balances the 6 out.
I take algal (vegan) omega 3 every day because I can't stand the fishy burps from cod liver ones and they always seem to really upset my guts. It is best to find one with DHA and EPA in it. I also eat a couple of portions of salmon a week. xx
Thank you all for your comments, I took all of your advice and brough Omega 3 with EPA and DHA 😊I brought a high strength one with each Softgel Tablet Containing.....
1000mg Omega 3 Fish Oil,
180mg EPA
120mg DHA
So I hope that's good?
On the tin it says to take 2 softgel tablets twice per day (4 tablets in total) that just seems a bit excessive to me???
