Website for Vitamins?
Hi, could anyone point me in the direction of a reputable website where I can buy pure vitamins with no added fillers namely Magnesium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B Complex, Selenium and Zinc. Ideally I would like to order all from the same website. Thank you!

Night cramps
does anyone have excruciating night cramps? I’m trying to work out if it is because I’m doing too much exercise during the day. I’m tapering very very slowly down to 2 1/2 mgs pred that seems to be working I do take a little more magnesium every day. Thanks for any ideas

Arginine and Taurine
Has anyone here had success with Arginine/Taurine/Magnesium? My Naturopath is willing to have me try but I am wondering if anyone has any firsthand knowledge out there of how long it takes to see results or not? Thanks!

Diarrhoea saga continued
I've had diarrhoea on and off for over a year. It started after breakfast and stopped around lunch time, not every day, but about 3 days a week. It's been slowly getting more frequent. A month or so ago I spoke to the GP who first diagnosed me with PMR/GCA. She tested me for coeliac and cancer, both

Why am I afraid to go to the bathroom?
I’ve been dealing with constipation issues for the past year. I can only attribute it to gettin older - never had any problems before that. I won’t go into the details of what I have tried - I’ve taken lots of great hints from videos and forums; a lot of it seems to work - and then it doesn’t.

As a believer that Jesus Christ is God and I have found him as my Lord & Saviour. The Bible has become a living book to me. its my comfort, my guide and my medicine, for sleep, peace of mind etc!!
