Hi, could anyone point me in the direction of a reputable website where I can buy pure vitamins with no added fillers namely Magnesium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B Complex, Selenium and Zinc. Ideally I would like to order all from the same website. Thank you!

That is a really tricky one to answer!

I've yet to find one company that provides all that I need in the doses I want with the best ingredients and least excipients...

I tend to go to iHerb and scrutinize all the options as they have a huge range and narrow it down from there 🤗

I thought it would be too easy to have one that did everything! I will take a look at iherb. thank you!!

I buy a lot from Amazon which os lazy of me but certainly reputable and a lot of choice. Its hard to find vitamins with few excipients.

Amazon would suit me - any brands you would recommend?

Vitamin B12 active 61.1 pmol/L (37.5 - 150)

Vitamin D 75 nmol/L (50-200)

Iron 17.7 umol/L (5.8 - 34.5)

TIBC 68.5 umol/L (45-81)

UIBC 50.8 umol/L 24.2-70.1)

Ferritin 38.9 ug/L (13-150)

Magnesium 0.85 mmol/L (0.7 - 1)

Only add one supplement at a time

Then wait 10-14 days to assess before adding another

Separate B12

B12 drops

natureprovides.com/products...

Or

B12 sublingual lozenges

uk.iherb.com/pr/jarrow-form...

cytoplan.co.uk/shop-by-prod...

Vitamin B complex

Thorne Basic B recommended vitamin B complex that contains folate, but they are large capsules. (You can tip powder out if can’t swallow capsule)

Thorne currently difficult to find at reasonable price, should be around £20-£25. iherb.com often have in stock. Or try ebay

Other options

healthunlocked.com/thyroidu....

Igennus B complex popular option too. Nice small tablets. Most people only find they need one per day. But a few people find it’s not high enough dose

Vitamin D

Vitamin D mouth spray by Better You is very effective as it avoids poor gut function.

There’s a version made that also contains vitamin K2 Mk7.

One spray = 1000iu

Magnesium

Loads of different options

Personally I prefer Thorne Magnesium Citramate

iherb often cheaper…..but doesn’t stock everything

Iherb is great and certain brands, like Thorne or Pure Encapsulations or Terra Nova. Also, try your local health food store and just looks at ingredients. Veridian is another clean brand and it's a UK brand.

I've had this link in my bookmarks since 2017 - I have no idea how often it gets updated but it looks relevant to your question.
