Help and thank you!
So this week I ran for 38 mins round the beautiful East Yorkshire coast and covered 3.9
K
. Howver, I know my pace is very
slow
at an average of 9.4 min / km, but it is a pace I can maintain and keep smiling. My goal is to run the 5K and be able to join the local Park Run.

High heart rate when running slowly
Hi - I've just completed wk6 r3, very slowly around 10 min per
k
pace. Deliberately kept
slow
so I could complete the run. Breathing was fine though legs were protesting by the end. I'm 54, female and a couple of stone overweight with resting heart rate mid to late 50s.

Wait a couple of days
As I tapered, old "pre-PMR" pains were uncovered. I took an occasional Tylenol for those. Eventually I was able to taper to zero Pred. with the help of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN), which must come from a compounding pharmacy. Not many doctors are familiar with this treatment--yet. All I can say is that

Just read the chapter in the LDN book about treatments for Parkinson's. Low dose naltrexone and glutathione therapy. Anyone have any experience with these? I've found several functional medicine places in the San Diego area and plan to call on Monday. We are not happy with the treatment my husband

Why !!!
My breathing has not been good lately, possibly because of a faulty inhaler, so I went for a COPD review . My peak flow was very low for me, 290 , so was given forms for blood tests and chest x ray. The next evening my breathing seemed worse as I was having difficulty drying myself after a shower. BUT

Co-supplementation of Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 MK7 and Calcium
Unless you are actively increasing your Vitamin K2 MK7 levels through diet or supplementation, you are likely deficient and have inadequate levels for your bone and heart health needs. Vitamin K2 MK7 dosage recommendation is 150 to 180 mcg per day. Consult with your physician and a Registered Dietitian

Hi all, I’m still working to get an official diagnosis for the complicated mess of adrenal/thyroid/pituitary conditions I’ve been experiencing for the past few years and have a much-awaited appt with my endo on Monday. I get super nervous before any appts for fear of not communicating clearly enough
