I’ve got myself in a state, Feel like I’m going insane!
Been feeling a little breathless I have asthma and my peak flow was completely fine, I havnt had a panic attack in a while so kind of forgot what it feels like, I have anxiety a lot but this feels horrible like I’m about to die.
I have cold hands and that was one of the things that’s set me off I think, breathless, yawning, dizzy and just strange like I can’t concentrate but I can
Just wondering on everyone’s thoughts, am I just being dramatic?
It feels horrible and at the minute I’m sat scared 😞
