TSH increase
I recently had blood tests due to feeling really fatigued especially after exercising. I’ve been on levo for 13 years for Hashimoto’s. Levels have been up and down. Last test was 0.75 and I felt fine. That was 9 months ago. Most recent test it was 7.16! No wonder I feel bad. All vits tested on the low

Afinitor side effects
I have been in treatment for breast cancer since 2006 and have done the drill - lumpectomy, lymph nodes removal, chemo, radiation, herceptin, Arimidex for six years… then in 2019 a mastectomy, more hormone blockers, and three years of various combinations with Ibrance, which has sadly stopped working

Restless Leg - Interesting Article
Article says iron is not getting across the BBB. Wonder if helps with PD.
They are trying to sell, but Interesting . I already take some of the things mentioned. Says I need Lactobacillus plantarum 299. My probiotic has Lactobacillus plantarum but does not state 299. The article has links, but

Question about the Symptoms - FND and/or Insomnia.
Do others experience symptoms like they are caused by lack-of-sleep but has been confirmed as a result of FND?I'm beginning to relate to the symptoms, but I'm still unsure whether they are simply down to insomnia and poor sleep due to Tinnitus 24/7. A lot of it could easily be related to Ménières, which

Right Atrial Hypertrophy
Good morning. Has anyone ever been diagnosed with right atrial enlargement (RAH)? If yes, what was/is the experience? What were the options as it relates to medication?

Dr. Joel Wallach
Is there anybody who has heard of the teachings of Dr. Joel Wallach who says that AF is not caused by a condition of the heart but instead because the Vagus Nerve is being "pinched", either along the spine or at the head where it enters the skull. As you may know, the Vagus Nerve goes down the length

PMR flare or something else?
I posted a couple weeks ago about pain and stiffness in my hips, shoulders, and hands/wrists, starting when I reduced to 3 mg from 3.5 mgprednisone using DSNS (diagnosed in 2018 PMR/GCA) and also had a great deal of stess and activity. The rheumatologist thought it was carpal tunnel and trochanter hip

Good news, hopefully REM
Well, I am hoping this is good news. We seem to have ppl that are struggling, so maybe this gives them "hope". I had my sleep examination (48 hours assessment) in October, and I have the results of sorts back. I will need the expert advice of perhaps Sue or Jules, if they are not too busy. The polysomnography

Serum ferritin level & RBC count help please
Hi there, just wondered If anyone could please tell me if a Ferritin level of 44ng/ml and a RBC count of 3.76 (whilst actually already taking Ferrous Fumerate 210mg twice per day) is still pretty low and ‘could’ maybe be the reason I’m still feeling exhausted/heavy tired legs?? Thank you in advance

Losing track of where you are while driving
Have you ever lost track of where you are while driving? I've probably had this occur 3-4 times in the last year in places I have gone to many times. Twice this was when I was approaching a street where I had to turn. Suddenly I didn't know if I needed to keep going or turn, or had taken the wrong
