Found this article which I found interesting as a possible supplement to assist with T3 may consider after next blood test if no improvement.

Hi I was reading The Thyroid Patient Manual group on FB when one member asked " if there was anything natural which would/could raise FT3" this was the answer which I thought interesting enough for me to possibly try after blood test see if it helps. I've used Milk Thistle in past to support liver. 🤔 Sorry if my title was missleading.

Be very wary of Facebook groups. Too many people who think they know everything but know nothing at all. I have experiemented with boron, but didn't find it helped anything.

But, I'm wondering in what way it would raise FT3? By improving conversion? Or improving thyroid output? I've certainly never heard any claims that it does either.

I guess further research required, possible potent activator for Thyroid allegedly good for bones helps boost vit D but without personally testing I don't know, obviously I need to read further😒

Thanks for posting Humphre, and, if you find boron can help some of us with thyroid problems, please would you post again to let us know? Many thanks.

I've not tried myself but l'm planning to give a go but after my next blood test. Yes I'll let you know but we're all unique.

I've been taking 30 mg of Boron daily for quite some years now (about 7 I think). I was on painkillers for lower back pain 24-7 but after a few months of taking Boron was able to come off them entirely. It's been amazing. I also take T3 only, I don't think it's had any effect on that, though.
