Good morning. Has anyone ever been diagnosed with right atrial enlargement (RAH)? If yes, what was/is the experience? What were the options as it relates to medication?

Yes, I have an enlarged LA probably due to having undiscovered AFib for a long time. There doesn't seem to be any specific treatment for it, just keep the AFib under control with, in my case, bisoprolol and apixaban. It is possible that the LA could shrink back to normal but not certain. My cardiologist seems to have problems relating past measurements to latest measurements so I don't know if mine has shrunk in the 5 years since diagnosis.

Yes, I have it as a result of longstanding and now permanent A Fib. At this time it is not bothering me.
