I had my 3rd Ocrevus infusion today and I can't sleep tonight. The only thing I can figure is the small amount of solumedrol that they give at the beginning of the infusion is causing my insomnia.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I couldn't sleep the first time, but I attribute it to steroids. They are very detrimental to my well-being, and so I had the doctor reduce the dose of steroids Iast time.
I have trouble sleeping every time I get it, I have been on it 3 years now.
I normally have trouble sleeping if I take a nap, sleep in too much or have caffeine after about noon though.
I usually doze off a little during the infusion from the Benadryl. My guess is a combination of the nap and the solumedrol affect my sleep that night.
I now take the day after my infusion off work as well because I know I won't be sleeping well. I took Tylenol PM before bed the last time and it helped a little
I had that same problem this last infusion on June 3. I kinda figured it was the solumedrol too. I took a Benadryl and then slept good
I had my first infusion today. I am now an hour away from being up a straight 24 hours and no signs of sleepiness.
I am experiencing insomnia and now it’s 7:30 and making a pot of valerian tea 😩😩😩
Today I had my ninth Ocrevus infusion. It’s 2:00 am and I haven’t slept yet. This happens to me every time. I’ve tried taking a prescription sleeping pill in the past but it didn’t help much so I just have accepted the fact that I’ll be up all night and just take it easy the next day. I think next time I’ll try taking Benadryl or Tylenol PM and see if that works.
