Reduction in Levothyroxine or lyme?
Hi, I was told by my GP to reduce my Levo from 125mg to !00mg as my TSH levels were low on two occasions. I feel dreadful today croaky voice, muscle ache and have been in bed all afternoon as soooooo tired. I ended up in hospital three weeks ago as I had a funny turn, vision cloudy and thought I was

Vitamin D3 and D2 test result - I haven't got a clue but nor did the GP's receptionist
Hello again. My vitamin D tests are finally in at the doctors and all I could get from the receptionist over the phone were the following levels - initially she claimed that there was nothing written behind the numbers i.e. unit or range, but after another phone call she has given nmol/l as the unit.

My Story
Hello, I am new to this site but realise now that I might need the support and help of fellow sufferers of Lymphoedema. When I was 30 years old in 1982 I had testicular cancer and following an orchidectomy I was told the histology showed I had a seminoma and after 3 weeks of radiotherapy on my abdomen

Is Lyme Disease the reason for your endocrine (and other) problems?
Here is a personal comment from someone suffering from Lyme Disease. It goes some way to explaining how doctors and others can be confused into wrongly suspecting an endocrine disorder when in fact the culprit at the bottom of an individual's ill health can be something other than the obvious. It should

Athletes foot-ouch!
I'm loving running but not loving athletes foot which is causing a lot of pain between fourth and little toe on one foot. Any pressure from shoes at all on that toe is very painful and spooling running! Im trying some athletes foot powder but any other advice will be gratefully received!

My ankles are hugely swollen, I have large calluses on my big toes, and my heels split and really hurt.
This is my first post. Prior to this I have been a lurker. I feel embarrassed talking about my cancer with friends and family. People ask me how I am--or how I feel-- and I don't want to start. I don't want to be one of those people who is constantly whining about their health problems. I was diagnosed

Shocked !!!
Hi everyone, just having a bit of a moan. Along with RA/PMR/DIABETES and dealing with the meds, I have had some sun damage skin on my face which was treated with liquid nitrogen back in 2010. This came back quite slowly and was treated last October by my GP with a cream. The problem came back again

VISUAL CONTRAST SENSITIVITY TEST may reveal conditions with underlying infections like biotoxins, lyme disease and deficiencies.
This is an interesting test you can do online for free even though they would like a $10 donation but not necessary. There are certain markers in your test showing where the weaknesses may be. I wouldn't try to diagnose anything from it but if you have high scores it may give you a lift. I think
