Questions about pegasys please
I hate the thought of more hydroxycarbemide because of my concerns about
skin
cancer
and more hair loss. If pegasys works at a small dose hopefully does hair recover. Would I have to have hydroxycarbemide and pegasys until the pegasys starts to work which I understood can take quite a long time?

Biopsy update
Hi I don't know if any of you remember that a few weeks ago I had a biopsy done for
skin
cancer
. Today got my results back and it is all clear. I just had that feeling that I didn't have it, but It did mean that I got rid of the mole and wart growing on it.

10 year old with red patches on her face
Hi all,Just tying to figure out what we're dealing with here using your experience. My daughter, which is 10, started what looks to be a case of impetigo (meaning blisters in her nostril, crust and typical looking scabs). She only had few spots (under her nose and in top of one nostril). We started

colon cancer/scalp cancer link?
But the doctors I've talked to do not seem to put two and two together and haven't heard of (or admit to hearing about) a link between colon and scalp
cancer
. Yes I have a
skin
cancer
screening appointment in the works as well. Just waiting on a call back to get that booked.

Is this Scabies?
Please tell me if this looks like scabies? This is right under the armpit. I have tried to crop and focus on the problem area but can share another version of this photo if it is not clear. I am morbidly obese so a lot of skin stretching is happening.

Iodine and Povidone - A Chemistry Lesson
Over the years, we have seen many mentions of povidone-iodine. This video is the first time I have ever come across a proper explanation as to why povidone-iodine is chosen! It then continues with its aim of extracting pure iodine from povidone-iodine. The video could be very boring if you are
