Has anybody experimented with the carnivore diet?
Would certainly help get rid of
sibo
allowing for better b12 absorption and the prevention of gut bile consumption preventing the absorption of fat soluable vitamins? Thoughts

Gluten...my theory!
The theory is that I had sensitivity whilst I was suffering with my IBS/
SIBO
but once those conditions evaporated so did my sensitivity.

Post GI visit
So after my long awaited hospital appointment with a gastroenterologist, I have been given the low fod map doest to follow (something I did anyway other than wheat containing products) and been referred to a dietitian and a test for
SIBO
.

My IBS-D investigation!
I do have methane
SIBO
, which I suspect has caused the fructan intolerance. I have got in touch with a herbalist to help treat the
sibo
. So please dont give up, I wanted to post this to let you know there is hope, a big majority of IBS is what we put into our mouths!

Confused about which is the best B12 to order online with shipping to the US (And my history)
I forget what type of breath test it was, but he ordered a 2 week round of xifaxim for
SIBO
or small intestine bacterial overgrowth. My bloating did not get any better, so he referred me to a Gastroenterologist at University Hospitals in Cleveland.

Anyone who cured GERD by going low carb, then was able to go back on carbs without the reflux starting again?
They've done several biopsies, including checking for Crohn's disease,
SIBO
, celiac, and more. Found nothing. The doctors claim they have found nothing physically wrong with the valve between my stomach and esophagus.

Stool test
I was thinking some sort of bacteria imbalance could be determined or malabsorption by getting that and I have different doctor now so wondering if worthwhile asking again before thinking of treating myself for the
sibo
with low food map diet etc Thanks.

Where do I go from here?
I am also interested in LDN (low dose naltrexone) and wonder whether I need to get a test for
SIBO
(small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) . My question is: do I go and see a very expensive specialist in London or stick with my own neurologist here in Surrey, UK?

I've had a positive fructose breath test. Does anyone have any tips or resources on handling it? I find it hard to know what I can eat
I don't know if this is a
SIBO
thing or fructose malabsorption. I get really uncomfortable wind and pain.

Questions for anyone who suffered acid rebound effect after PPI use, and eventually was free from acid reflux?
. * I asked for a hydrogen breath test to rule out
SIBO
, but the doctor said the hospitals in my country have stopped that test because it wasn't reliable enough.

Beware of Potential Food Intolerances
I suffer principally with small intestinal bacteria overgrowth (
SIBO
) but this condition has caused large bowel dysbiosis with IBS symptoms too.

Baseline SIBO test - Hydrogen Sulfide SIBO?
Hey Everyone, I'm interested to hear from anyone regarding
SIBO
tests - I've had the same result twice now with my
SIBO
tests Very, very minimal amount of Hydrogen & methane in the small intestine (Basically, a baseline
SIBO
), before elevation of Hydrogen in transit (which I'm told is perfectly normal
