Provigil (Modafinil) for fatigue 'n stuff
Saw my Neurologist yesterday for my 6 month regular visit. He asked how I was doing. I told him good in that I intermittently get my sense of smell back, but bad because I get fatigued very easily, despite the crazy amount of exercise I do. Without hesitation, he offered to have me try Provigil. I had

IVF Cycle Failure/Fertility Diet
Hi - my first cycle of IVF has resulted in a negative pregnancy test. I had 10 follicles, 6 eggs retrieved, 3 mature, 2 fertilised & 1 early blastocyst which was transferred. I was on 450iu Meriofert with Ganerilix. If your first cycle failed what did you change for the second? I'm due to go again

Tablets and injections
Since my prostate removal in January 2019, I have had no erection. I have tried both Viagra and Cialis as well as some injections, all this has had no effect. I considered implants, but my medical aid does not pay for it and I cant afford it either. I am now just like a sister sleeping next to my wife

Medication
I have a doctor appointment to discuss increasing my medication & possibly take a sleep aid. I’m currently taking 20 MG of Escitalopram but have not tried a sleep aid. I’m really nervous about my appointment tomorrow.

Alendronic Acid
I have just been given alendronic acid by my GP to protect my bones. I have been reading some of the side effects and not sure whether to start this medication. I also read on nhs website that may need advice before taking if you have kidney problems. Does anyone else take this medication? I am thinking

CoQ10
I started 600mg of CoQ10 in November - I know eggs are created 3 months before they are released so it's unlikely that my January IVF cycle seen any benefit of the supplement. I take 2 x 300mg with my dinner. I'm wondering should I be splitting the dose and having 300mg in the morning and 300mg in

I really need to vent
Do you ever just not want to bother anyone else? I do, I'd almost would rather suffer in silence. I've been suffering with depression, anxiety, and adhd. The last year has been the worst after a seperation from my ex fiance with 2 kids involved. I self isolate myself and try to ignore everything. I

ADAA Blog: OCD Strategies—We Do Not Hang Out With Bullies

Lining too thin?
Hello! I posted last week about messing up my progynova dosage. I had my scan yesterday and my lining was measured at 7.8 mm and the nurse said everything looked okay and transfer is booked for next Thursday. However, when looking online, a lot of sites suggest optimal thickness should be 8.5+and I’m

Apixapan
I have received a letter today from my Haemotology Consultant regarding various issues. He has stated that I should stop my Tinzaparin blood thinner and switch to either Rivaroxaban 20mg daily or Apixaban 5mg twice daily. I have seen in a past post here that Rivaroxaban was listed as one of the blood

Do I just learn to live with thinning hair?
I was diagnosed with Hashimotos in 1997 & was on thyroxine for 17 years. Then on T3-only for about 4 years, after testing positive for the D102 variant from both parents. I have been on NDT for a few years now-THIROID at first until its supply issues.I got on very well with TR MANN & was very disappointed
