Hello! I posted last week about messing up my progynova dosage. I had my scan yesterday and my lining was measured at 7.8 mm and the nurse said everything looked okay and transfer is booked for next Thursday. However, when looking online, a lot of sites suggest optimal thickness should be 8.5+and I’m on the thin side. She reassured me I was fine but I don’t know if this is because I was so upset when I contacted the clinic about the mix up with the progynova and she knows how anxious I am. I have to continue taking the progynova and start cyclogest on Sat but she did say the pessaries can thin the lining slightly!! Should I be concerned or will the lining continue to grow? Has anyone else had similar measurement and a successful transfer? Thanks xxx

Hi! My lining was 8.2mm and I'm currently 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant, my ivf clinic said anywhere between 7-8mm is good so I don't think you need to worry xx

Hi DinoBaby. That’s not too bad, and next week it should be up to at least 8 mm which will be just fine. You’re going the right way, so try your best not to worry. Good luck. Diane
I drank so much pomegranate juice to apparently help with lining so maybe try some 🙂 tastes rank. But we have two ivf babies from two transfers
everything above 7 it’s ok
During my last cycle I measured 6,7 and here I am with my 7 months old twins!
